The Multisensor.

To enhance well-being data collection, we designed the Utopi multi-sensor specifically for the multi-tenant market. Designed to be low cost, aesthetically pleasing, and battery-operated, it makes the deployment of the sensor easy and scalable, be it retro-fitting into existing developments, or specifying into a new build.

The sensor collects real-time data on light, noise, air quality, temperature, humidity and motion. Giving you and your residents access to vital wellbeing data. Creating happy, healthy multi-tenant communities:

Metering solutions.

Accurate submeter data is key to understanding consumption and calculating your building’s climate impact from utilities. There are 3 ways we can collect meter data:

  • Hardware – low-cost, retrofit IoT sub-metering

  • Systems – on-site data loggers / BMS

  • API’s – integrations with the national smart meter network.

People Counting.

Understanding how your amenity spaces are being used is key for operational performance and resident experience. We can retrofit low-cost, wireless people counting sensors to gather vital occupancy data.

Sharing that data with your residents through the Utopi app, will improve their living experience and help you manage spaces effectively.

Energy Control.

Our Smart TRVs are designed for wet-heated systems and can seamlessly attach to standard radiator valves. They offer the convenience of remote pre-setting to establish an acceptable temperature range via the Utopi platform, so site teams can establish and control a comfortable temperature at site level or individual space level, and control energy consumption.
