    To enhance ESG data collection, we designed the Utopi multi-sensor specifically for the build to rent sector. Designed to be low cost, aesthetically pleasing, and battery operated, it makes the deployment of the sensor easy and scalable, be it retro-fitting into existing assets, or specifying into new builds.
