Position Description

You join a growing team in order to help us achieve our vision, we will take systems which at present work in silos (e.g. security, access control, building management, lighting, heating), enabling and standardising their interfaces and then build an integration platform that enables visibility and control across silos.  Your development skills will be second nature to you, but you will have a desire to grow your own capabilities.  You will be responsible for delivering modular platform which will change the way buildings operate around the globe and how data is visualised and used.  You will have access to all mainstream IoT delivery platforms and devices.  You will have an entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to be the best in your field working at pace and delivering on time.

Experience
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • A passion for IoT and automation
  • Experience with C#, Azure DevOps, API’s
  • Ambitious – A desire to progress as we grow this exciting start-up
Key Skills
  • Technically competent in: React, JavaScript, SQL, C#, .NET Core
  • Cloud-first approach (Azure is the current platform of choice)
  • Openminded, Entrepreneurial and innovative
  • Excellent communication – both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated, confident in decision making
  • User Experience and customer-first attitude
Desired Skills
  • Experience of AWS
  • Experience of other IoT platforms (AWS, Azure, Thingsboard)
  • Network, home, process, or any other automation

M&E Maintenance Engineer

Position Description

You join a growing team in order to help us achieve our vision, we will take systems that at present work in silos (e.g. security, access control, building management, lighting, heating), enabling and standardising their interfaces and then build an integration platform that enables visibility and control across silos.  Your engineering skills will be second nature to you, but you will have a desire to grow your own capabilities.  You will be responsible for managing planned maintenance schedules to ensure buildings are kept operational and compliant.  All checklists and certification is done electronically so you will be very comfortable with using smartphones, tablets and laptops.

Experience
  • SVQ L3 in Electrical or Mechanical Trade
  • A passion for your trade
  • Working with other trades
  • Managing workloads and deadlines
  • Ambitious – A desire to progress as we grow this exciting start-up

  • Understanding of the current legislation and regulations
