Last night saw Utopi take home a BIG win at Property Week’s 2024, RESI Awards.

The RESI Awards, organised by Property Week, recognise and celebrate the achievements of the residential property sector. The awards bring together the key players in the residential market, including developers, landlords, house builders, operators, investors, financiers, agencies and local authorities. So to come out a winner in this reputable group of nominees was a real achievement for the business.

Utopi won the title of: Technology Innovator of the Year!

The RESI Awards has a prestigious and rigorous two stage judging process to ensure independence and provide clarity on the shortlist and winner. Their independent panel of judges is made up of major industry figures, who read, review and discuss the entries to decide on the winners. For 2024, they also expanded that roster of judges to include even more C-suite industry figures from across the residential property world and beyond, to include representatives from the property Week Diversity & Inclusion Editorial Advisory Board and our Climate Crisis Challenge campaign.
